Agenda for Fall '07 Director meeting

The Directors attending OPBD2 in the beginning of October are planning on meeting to discuss various topics.

If there are items you would like to be addressed, please add them to this thread.

Agenda:
-Regional feedback collected from grenade, launcher rules for ROE
-Regional feedback for TASO events
-Discuss curriculum for TASO safety/protocol seminar
-Downloadable safety-related videos
Player additions to agenda:
-TASO handbook of sorts outlining how to give 'proper' safety briefing
-TASO be used as a main site for registering OP's. This would include all the intel about an OP, forum for the OP, sub forums for the teams

The Directors that won't be in attendance will have the notes sent to them for additional comments and then posted here.

Exclamation Safety Seminar

Ok, you HAVE to do this safety seminar, but not like the normal hunter-safety-course. This needs to have something that tests the maturity of the player, and gives the directors a reason to let them come to otherwise closed-to-minors events (if the event planner thinks its ok). I think it should be a training course/safety seminar mix that concludes with a very tense and stressful airsoft game with woodland and CQB combat where you have to deactivate a bomb, save the presidents daughter, ect. Something where you have a timer, are playing against a force 2x your size, and are out-skilled.

People who pass not only the safety seminar, but training requirements should be put on a list. This list would be a VIP type ist of names who TASO highly recomends and pressures events to allow, but its still the event planners choice.
