Your property should be secure and private from hidden view and access, such that no bystanders can come across your land. You'll want to check with your local authorities that it is permissible to fire airguns in the area you live as many cities/towns have ordnances that such items cannot be used inside city limits. Assuming all of this is ok, you'll also want to notify local authorities that you are having an airsoft get-together on said property and making sure to notify them of the time and date, so that if they do get any calls of 'people running around with rifles' that they know that you are out there.
Furthermore, if you are inviting random people onto your property, you'll want to be aware of liability and possible insurance coverage.
As mentioned before, you would be better attending airsoft events at proper fields local to you.
